Delivery and returns
All items are normally processed and despatched within one working day of placing your order. Our deliveries will be processed from Mondays - Fridays, excluding public holidays.
If you wish to qualify for free next-day delivery, you have to place your order of more than S$50.00 before 2pm and you will receive it on the next working day!

Packages are generally dispatched within 1 day after receipt of payment and are shipped via SingPost or Ta-Q-Bin tracking and drop-off with/without signature. If your order is less than S$50.00, your shipment will be sent via SingPost Registered Mail (2-4 working days). If your order is above S$50.00, your shipment will be sent via SingPost SmartPac Boxes OR Ta-Q-Bin Courier Services.
Do take note that ALL of our shipments come with a tracking number which is provided in the emails following your confirmation of the order.
What happens if I'm not at home (or at the address I provided) to receive the delivery?
Do not worry! Our delivery options work in such a way that if nobody is at home (or at the address provided), we will slip a delivery advice under the door and further instructions for re-delivery can be found there, absolutely FREE-OF-CHARGE!
- Registered Mail (for orders below S$50.00) : If nobody is present to receive the items at the stipulated address, we will slip a delivery advice under the door stating details to re-schedule another delivery to the same address. Or if you'd prefer, there are also details for you to pick-up the items at the post-office of your convenience.
- SmartPac Boxes (for orders above S$50.00) : If nobody is present to receive the items at the stipulated address, the postman will proceed to fit the SmartPac box into your mailbox. In the event the mailbox is too full/too small, a delivery advice will be slipped into the mailbox and will state details to re-schedule another delivery to the same address, or if you'd prefer, there are also details for you to pick-up the items at the post-office of your convenience.
- Ta-Q-Bin Courier (for orders above S$50.00) : If nobody is present to receive the items at the stipulated address, we will slip a delivery advice under the door stating details to re-schedule another delivery to the same address.
Why did my order take longer than the stipulated timing?
We make it a point to ensure every order goes as planned, to fulfill our delivery timing promises. However, there are factors not within our control that may cause a delay in delivery from our delivery agents' end. We hope to seek your understanding on this and you can be rest assured that we will be doing our absolute best to minimize such occurences. We will not be held liable for any delay in delivery that is not within our means of control.
Do you do weekends/public holiday deliveries?
Unfortunately, not at this present moment. Special arrangements can be made at a certain price though, so please do not hesitate to drop us an enquiry if the need arises.
Do take note that weekends/public holidays do NOT count as a working day, meaning if you make your SmartPac order before 2pm on a Friday or the eve of a public holiday, your delivery will still only arrive on Monday or the next working day.
How do I check on my package delivery status?
You can check your order status by clicking on the "My Orders" link at the bottom of the home page. This will direct you to your order history and if your order has been posted out, the status will be reflected as "Delivered". If you should require a tracking number to track its progress, please drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
